No doubt about it: your child's brain is at work. Constantly.
However, problems arise. Your child's brain processes visual, auditory and tactile information. It controls motor skills, speech and language. Sometimes, the brain has difficulty with one or many of these functions. This can affect your child's performance, both inside and outside of the classroom. This performance can change, though. When your child's brain functions better, he or she experiences less confusion and better communication, which results in less stress, higher self-esteem, greater academic achievement, and overall life successes. How do you re-train your brain? What does this mean for your child? A. Martin Wuttke, founder of the Neurotherapy Centers for Health, and his wife Susan Wuttke have developed the Brain Camp program. The program combines several treatment methods, designed to target your child's specific problem areas. Brain Camp is not: Brain Camp's treatments are noninvasive.
By looking at this map of vibrations, we can see where the brain's problems are worst: reading, listening, math, etc. Because we can see which areas of the brain are having problems, we can intervene on the brain’s level instead of on the academic level. We focus on the brain's processing issues, rather than on memorizing grammar or mathematical rules.
