Kids Brain Camp
Is your child struggling?
Give your child the chance
to succeed with
our programs.

No doubt about it: your child's brain is at work. Constantly.
Whether inside or outside of a classroom, your child's brain receives a tidal wave of information that it must process.
As the brain processes information, your child learns.
Your child listens, reads, communicates, moves and more, all while the brain is hard at work.

However, problems arise.
Your child may experience problems such as reading difficulties or behavior issues. These problems surface because the brain is not functioning at optimal levels.

Your child's brain processes visual, auditory and tactile information. It controls motor skills, speech and language. Sometimes, the brain has difficulty with one or many of these functions. This can affect your child's performance, both inside and outside of the classroom.

This performance can change, though.
Just as you can use exercise to re-train your body to function better, you can re-train your brain to function better by using the treatments offered at Brain Camp.

When your child's brain functions better, he or she experiences less confusion and better communication, which results in less stress, higher self-esteem, greater academic achievement, and overall life successes.

How do you re-train your brain?
Three systems are vital to our ability to learn and process information:
visual stimulation
movement
listening

By exercising these three systems simultaneously, the brain becomes more efficient and effective. It learns to integrate multi-sensory information, while also strengthening neural connections to improve performance.

What does this mean for your child?
Using the techniques employed at Neurotherapy Centers for Health, people of any age can re-train their brains. In fact, thanks to the innate flexibility of the growing child's mind, these techniques are especially effective for children.

A. Martin Wuttke, founder of the Neurotherapy Centers for Health, and his wife Susan Wuttke have developed the Brain Camp program. The program combines several treatment methods, designed to target your child's specific problem areas.

Brain Camp is not:
- academic tutoring
- talk therapy
- group therapy
- drug or medication therapy

Brain Camp's treatments are noninvasive.
We map the brain's activity by placing a cap over the head. Sensors on the cap pick up and amplify the vibrations of the brain.

By looking at this map of vibrations, we can see where the brain's problems are worst: reading, listening, math, etc. Because we can see which areas of the brain are having problems, we can intervene on the brain’s level instead of on the academic level. We focus on the brain's processing issues, rather than on memorizing grammar or mathematical rules.
